The Patronus Charm (Expecto Patronum) is the most famous and one of the most powerful defensive charms known to wizardkind. It’s an immensely complicated, very difficult spell that evokes a partially-tangible positive energy force known as a Patronus (pl. Patronuses) or spirit guardian. It is the primary protection against Dementors and Lethifolds, to which there is no other protection.
Katey Sagal Has “Married With Children” Reunion at Walk of Fame Ceremony
"I met Katey in 1986, we were both trying out for the parts of Al and Peg Bundy on Married with Children. We didn’t know each other, just had a feeling we had a chemistry between us. We did the show for 11 years. Great experience, I never laughed so hard in my life and we grew together as a cast and as good friends and we see the whole family is here today. I was at the Golden Globes when Katey won her best actress award. I was proud of her before, I was proud of her then, and I’m proud of her today. Congratulations!" - ED O’NEILL
"I met Katey when I was 15 years old, so it’s been about 10 years since we’ve met. But I will never forget the day that I met her. I walked into the rehearsal hall for Married with Children and she was sitting there with a white t-shirt and jeans. I’ve never seen someone look that good in a white t-shirt and jeans and the fact that your body is better now than it was then makes me sick because I’m wearing a Fitbit trying to get rid of all my baby weight, I digress! I thought she was the coolest person I’ve ever met in my life, but what I didn’t realize is that that person was gonna become my mom. I spent more time with Katey, Ed, and David than I did my own family. I take all the good things that Katey gave me. She’s an Earth Momma like you’ve never seen before, she’s caring, giving, loving, supportive, honest. We’re honoring this incredible talent and I couldn’t be more proud of her and I couldn’t love anybody more." - CHRISTINA APPLEGATE
"I just wanna say briefly that Katey, you were my second momma. My second mother and I grew up with you. You were an inspiration then and you’re an inspiration now." - DAVID FAUSTINO

" Guess what? David Burtka and I got married over the weekend. In Italy. Yup, we put the ‘n’ and ‘d’ in ‘husband.’ " x

"Eat me, Sebastian! It’s okay for guys like you and Court to fuck everyone. But when I do it, I get dumped for innocent little twits like Cecile. God forbid, I exude confidence and enjoy sex. Do you think I relish the fact that I have to act like Mary Sunshine 24/7 so I can be considered a lady? I’m the Marcia fucking Brady of the Upper East Side, and sometimes I want to kill myself. So there’s your psychoanalysis, Dr. Freud. Now tell me, are you in… or are you out?" - Cruel Intentions (1999)
I have no regrets. If you regret things, then you’re sort of stepping backwards. I’m a believer in going forwards.

“That scene is shown but constantly. If I’m on a TV talk show in the States, up comes Burt and I rolling in the surf. The whole audience, many of them two years old when that was made, go ‘Hahhhhh’.
There you are, that’s what you can do with your swimsuit on!”, Deborah added, with a pardonable air of self satisfaction.
"This role changed me entirely—the way I talk about feminism, the way I talk about sexual politics. It’s really opened my eyes in a lot of ways, and I can’t imagine caring about something more than I care about this."
- Lizzy Caplan for LA Confidential (September 2014)
"I really like my life right now, I have friends around me all the time. I’ve started painting more. I’ve been working out a lot. I’ve started to really take pride in being strong. I love the album I made. I love that I moved to New York. So in terms of being happy, I’ve never been closer to that." - Taylor Swift for Rolling Stone
